Seniors Stand Strong
Seniors Stand Strong is a retirement and Nursing Home Ministry. Statistics show that 85% of the residents at care facilities do not receive a single visit from a relative or a close friend in 15 years. Our goal is to conduct weekly Church services and Bible studies at every care center in Tallahassee. We offer on-the-job training with all volunteers. Out needs include musicians, singers, teachers and preachers. If you are interested in being a part of this growing ministry, click volunteer and we will be in touch with you.
We presently are visiting and conducting services in the following facilities. If you have a loved one living in one of these facilities and desire us to minister to them we would appreciate hearing from you: Center Point, Harbor Chase, Lake Ella Manor, St. Augustine Plantation, Capital Health Care, River Springs – Wakulla County, Fl, Broadview, Cosa Caldaron.
Directors: Joe & Myrtie Mott
Men’s Ministry
CHC Men’s Ministry is based upon Christ’s example of making disciples. Seeing men come to know Christ personally, equipment them through training, and then finding places for them to work for God’s Kingdom.
We have several events throughout the year including: monthly prayer events, supporting local home missions projects, community work days, father/child events, fellowship events, an annual Men’s conference as well as much more!
Join us for prayer every 2nd Saturday of the month at 9am. It is a time of seeking the face of God and learning to hear his voice.

God has used women throughout history to accomplish His purposes and we know that women have a unique key role in what He’s doing in the world today. Each of us has a part in His great plan and together we can make a positive, powerful difference.

Primarily we consist of the following:
Greeter Ministry which acts as our front door hosts, demonstrating the gift of hospitality to all who enter with a smile, a handshake and a copy of The Source – everyone’s source of information for what is happening at CHC.
Concierge or Guest Services are our Main Street Hosts, providing information on facilities, events and general information regarding all our ministries here at CHC.

Prayer & Healing
At Christian Heritage Church we believe that included in the finished work of Christ is provision for our healing – spirit, soul and body. We have healing and prayer teams trained to deal with physical healing, inner healing and deliverance; as well as hospital visitation teams.
We currently meet on Tuesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. for training and the laying on of hands. Sometime we pray for a person once and sometimes we pray several times as we connect our faith with theirs to believe for total and complete healing.
Counseling
We also believe that inner healing – wounds from the past and issues of life stemming from our thought life and relationships – take place through Biblical counseling. We offer counseling to our members and regular attenders as well offering referral services to other Christ-centered counselors in our area.

We offer Biblical Studies, fellowship times, mentorships, outreaches, parents’ night out, practical workshops and prayer partners.
Come join us! We meet the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Childcare is provided.

Prison Ministry
We need volunteers to teach, preach, sing, and musicians for the church services, Bible studies and special programs of evangelism. This is a ministry that trains, establishes and supports teams taking the Full Gospel to inmates in federal, state, local prisons and jails as well as into court-mandated Drug Rehabilitation Facilities. We facilitate training for volunteers that want to help provide this ministry in obedience to the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ.
